Start With a Concern

How it works

A clear first step before clinical detail.

The public site creates an entry point for education, topic selection, basic contact requests, and a path toward the right scheduling workflow.

Step 1

Choose the concern

Start with the topic that feels closest. If the patient is not sure, browse the education library first.

Step 2

Schedule a visit

Book a telehealth or in-person visit on the secure patient portal, or call the office. No medical details are entered on this website.

Step 3

Confirm and prepare

The office reviews out-of-network benefits and the practice billing path, then confirms service availability and what to bring before the visit.

Step 4

Clinician visit

A licensed clinician reviews the concern, history, risks, and appropriate next steps during the actual care process.

Step 5

Clear plan

Patients should know what is being evaluated, what is not yet known, and what happens next before treatment decisions are made.

Step 6

App-supported tracking

When ready, the MWI App is planned to help with education, reminders, organization, and follow-through.

What this site does not collect

Booking happens on a secure portal.

Please do not enter symptoms, medications, medical history, lab values, PSA or testosterone results, PHQ-9 or GAD-7 scores, insurance cards, records, uploads, or urgent medical information through this website. Scheduling and clinical details are handled on the secure patient portal.

Men's Wellness Institute accepts insurance on an out-of-network basis and does not participate in any insurance plan. For patients with out-of-network benefits, the practice does not charge more than the applicable copay for its services. The office also works with patients whose insurance does not cover its services. Benefits, claims handling, and third-party charges vary, so call before scheduling to confirm how this policy applies to your plan and service.

The MWI App is designed to support your care between visits. It helps with education, organization, reminders, care-plan follow-through, and preparing for appointments, keeping your next steps in one clear place.

The MWI App is not a tool for diagnosis, emergency care, prescribing, or secure messaging, and it is not a substitute for your clinician's judgment.
